System Architecture
The new release of Z Code is built on a new Electron desktop foundation. The goal is not to expose every internal layer in the product docs right now. The important part is what this new base changes for the user experience:
- smoother desktop interaction
- faster response in the main workspace flow
- stronger stability as more Agent work happens inside one app session
What Changed In V2
- The desktop app now sits on a refreshed Electron architecture.
- The main workspace experience is designed to feel more consistent while switching between Agent work, file operations, and Remote workflows.
- Remote development is treated as part of the same core product path instead of a separate side flow.
Why This Matters
- It gives the new release a better baseline for stability.
- It supports the heavier interaction model that comes with a multi-Agent workspace.
- It gives Remote development a more natural place inside the main desktop experience.
