By you registering and using our service, you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of The Terms. In the process of reading The Terms, if you do not agree to The Terms or any of The Terms therein, you should immediately stop the registration procedure.
I. Registration
1. User qualification
You confirm that before you start using Z Code service, you should have the civil capacity according to applicable laws. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity sufficient for your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with relevant laws.
You understand that if a person without civil capacity or with limited civil capacity is improperly registered as a Z Code user, The Terms between him and Z Code is invalid from the beginning. Upon discovery, Z Code has the right to immediately stop serving the user or cancel the user account.
2. Account registration
When you use Z Code's service, you need to register with your e-mail/phone number first.
3. Account security
Your account is set up by you and kept by you. Therefore, it is recommended that you take good care of your account, if the account is leaked due to your active disclosure or your attack, fraud and other behaviors, Z Code will not be liable.
II. Usage of service
1. You are entitled to enjoy the services provided by Z Code according to the provisions of The Terms as is. We have full rights to increase or reduce the contents of the service according to the business needs.
2. You shall not input or try to induce Z Code to output following contents:
(1) Any content that violates applicable laws; (2) Any content that includes discrimination against race, gender, religion, geographical, physical conditions, etc; (3) Fabrication or distortion of facts and spreading of rumors; (4) Any promotion of feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or abetting a crime; (5) Publicly insulting, threatening, bullying, harming, embarassing others or fabricating facts to slander others, or making other malicious attacks; (6) Any content that may adversely affect minors; (7) Any personal information of a third party other than you unless properly authorized；(8) Any trade secrets; (9) Other violations of public interest or public morals.
3. You should not use Z Code in the following way:
(1) Use Z Code in a manner that infringes any rights; (2) Reverse engineering of any algorithm, source code, mechanism, etc. of Z Code; (3) Use Z Code to develop, train or improve other algorithms and models that have a direct or indirect competition relationship with us; (4) Trying to extract data from Z Code in any way; (5) Use Z Code in any services requiring subject qualification, including but not limited to medical services, legal services, etc.; (6) Use Z Code for any decision-making behavior, operation of critical infrastructure, transportation technologies, heavy machinery, legal, medical, and other uses restricted by applicable laws; (7) Claim that contents generated by Z Code is produced by human; (8) buy, sell, or transfer our API without our individually expressed consent; (8) Use Z Code to write any code that may pose a threat to any computer system or violate legal regulations; (9) Other use methods that may damage our interests.
4. If you use Z Code to provide services to any third party, you shall bear the corresponding rights, obligations and responsibilities, and Z Code shall not be responsible for any loss caused thereby.
5. Your overseas use of Z Code shall comply with the restrictions and supervision of all foreign entities such as the United States, the European Union and / or other government agencies. You may not resell, export, or transfer any product developed by Z Code or use Z Code to a specific country and a specific person under control, limitation or other administrative measures. You may not directly or indirectly export Z Code or contain Z Code without prior approval from the relevant government authorities and the prior consent of the team.
III. Our Rights and obligations
1. For your improper behavior on Z Code or any case that Z Code considers should terminate the service, Z Code has the right to block relevant information and terminate the service; if you have any objection to the handling measures of Z Code, you may contact us with relevant evidence.
2. In order to continuously improve the service quality of Z Code, Z Code may use your input and Z Code’s output for statistical analysis and further improvement. When you first use Z Code, the product will ask if you agree Z Code to use the data. If you do not agree, Z Code will not use it. You can choose whether to agree at any time in the settings of the Z Code product. If you choose to agree, you fully understand and accept this use and do not claim against Z Code because of such use.
3. If Z Code provides you with a free service, you understand and agree that this free use may be adjusted according to the progress of the study. You promise that you will not hold Z Code accountable for such adjustment.
4. We appreciate your feedback, comments and advice. We have the right to take your feedback, comments or advice without paying any consideration.
5. We assume no responsibility for any service or product that is not provided by us, even though such service or product is necessary to our service.
IV. Termination of The Terms
1. You have the right to terminate The Terms either by expressed notice or by stopping your use of our service.
2. Z Code can terminate the service by logging off the user in the following cases:
(1) Your breach of relevant provisions of The Terms or applicable laws; (2) Your provision of false information; (3) Your re-registration after being terminated.
3. After termination of The Terms, Z Code shall still have the following rights:
(1) On the premise of anonymizing your user information, continue to save all kinds of information that you retain on Z Code; (2) For your past breach of contract, Z Code may still hold you liable for breach of contract according to The Terms.
V. Notice
1. We may deliver notice to you by pop-up windows or your registered e-mail/phone number . The content of such notices may have a significant beneficial or adverse impact on your rights and obligations, please pay timely attention.

VI. Intellectual Property
1. The charts, logos, page header, button icon, text, service names and other information marked on Z Code are our property, and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws of China and international treaties. Without our permission, you shall not use the above items. All other trademarks appearing on Z Code that do not belong to the above subject are the respective property of the trademark right holders. Without our written permission or the relevant trademark owner, nothing on Z Code should be construed as acquiesced or otherwise the right to grant permission or use the trademark appearing on the website.
2. Without the written consent of us and the relevant right holders:
(1) You have no right to copy, disseminate, transfer, sell, lease, lend, license, provide the content used by others or use the content generated by Z Code and Z Code in any commercial way; (2) You may not use Z Code to develop products or services that compete with Z Code.
3. The copyright of the content generated by you based on Z Code shall be maintained by you and used after your independent judgment, any IP issues arising from such content shall be handled by you on your own. We shall not be responsible for any loss caused by such content nor its use. In case of any losses, We have the right to demand compensation from you. You may not remove, conceal, modify or replace any IP notices, marks, etc. attached to or contained in Z Code and the content presented in any way.
4. If you believe that your IP have been infringed, please send the notice of infringement and the corresponding evidence to the following email address: codegeex@zhipuai.cn. We will remove or disable the relevant content after determining the authenticity of your statement.
VII. Waivers
1. You understand that although we have made our best efforts, we still make no warrant and guarantee about the following matters due to the difficulties of the technology itself that Z Code relies on to provide the service:
(1) That Z Code will meet your actual needs or specific needs or purposes, and any product, service or other content obtained by Z Code will meet your expectations; (2) That Z Code is 100% accurate and reliable, functional, timely, safe, no error, without interference, no interruption, continuous and stable without any fault; (3) That Z Code understands the content of input and output, or it understands the potential risks and ethical problems. The output of Z Code does not constitute any advice or decision to you, does not guarantee the authenticity, integrity, accuracy, timeliness and practicability, you need to independently judge according to their actual situation and we shall bear no direct or indirect losses; (4) The accuracy, stability and integrity of the code, program and its contents in Z Code. (5) That output of Z Code is legal , moral or unique.
2. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Z Code and all information, content, materials, commodities (including software) and services contained or otherwise provided to you through Z Code are provided in accordance with the "current situation" and "existing" basis.
VIII Limitation of Liability
1. You promise that you will make every effort not to make us, our affiliates and employees subject to any litigation, arbitration, compensation or loss related to your use of Z Code. In this case, you will take responsibility on your behalf.
2. Z Code shall not assume the corresponding liabilities for breach of contract for the obstacles, defects in performance, performance delay or change of performance content caused by the following reasons:
(1) Due to natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial administrative orders and other force majeure factors; (2) Due to power supply failure, communication network failure or third party factors; (3) Due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failure, network information and data security and other factors.
